These are delicious and go so well with many dishes. They very well may end up on the Thanksgiving table this year!

Garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
You’ll need
5 large russet baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
5 whole garlic cloves (I loves me some garlic!)
1/4 – 1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper
Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until tender. Drain and return to pot. Add milk, salt and pepper and mash until smooth. Stir in cheese and butter until melted.
