Piggy Pie Creations… Piggy Pie is a part of an affectionate pet name given to me as a child by my dear uncle.

Originally the website was used to sell hand crafted items that I made.

Cooking…  For me, cooking and baking is a major stress and energy reliever.  I am a high energy person, which is unfortunate for the waistlines of my friends and family.  On the bright side, that means more tasty recipes for you!

I love getting creative in the kitchen and coming up with new ideas.  Sometimes recipes are complete flops, I fully admit that.  Sometimes my creations make my hubbster and little piglets sing my praises.  Nothing makes my heart feel better than that.  Nothing at all.

My Family…  So, I live in Florida with my truck driving husband.  Together we have two beautiful kids.  Our daughter, A was born in 2000 and our son, W was born in 2004.

Living in Florida… it’s hot.  Hurricane season is a pain.  Although, as I mentioned cooking and baking is my stress reliever.  When we have the stress of an approaching hurricane, I become a madwoman in the kitchen.  We may not have power for many days, but we will eat like kings!
