Chocolatey M&M Brownies
I made these delicious M&M brownies since we were craving something ooey, gooey and chacolately! These definitely fit the bill!
1/2 C butter, melted
1/2 C cocoa
1 C sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
A whole bunch of M&Ms… I have no idea how many I put in since I threw in an open bag (large) and a couple of packages (smaller) that were for the kids… oops!
Preheat your oven to 350.
Grease an 8″ square pan.
Combine butter and cocoa. Mix well. Add sugar and continue to mix. Add eggs… keep on mixing it. Add in flour, vanilla and salt. Fold in M&Ms. Resist the urge to scoop them out and eat them all covered in brownie batter.
Spread in pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
