Another Thai dish that my family loved!

Khao Phat Mu (Thai fried rice)

3 tbsp veggie oil
1tbsp chopped garlic
4 oz pork, cut up
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups cooked rice (I prefer jasmine rice)
2 tbsp Thai fish sauce

2 red chilies sliced to garnish

Heat the oil in a wok, add garlic. Add pork, stir fry until pork is cooked. Add eggs and cook until scrambled into small lumps. Add rice and continue to stir and toss to coat with oil to prevent it from sticking. Add fish sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Mix well.
